My journey in the culinary arts began with a solid foundation from Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale, where I earned my catering degree and honed my skills in creating exquisite and memorable dining experiences.
As a dedicated mom to two beautiful kids and an adorable French bulldog, I understand the importance of family, nourishment, and creating moments that bring people together. Little backstory, I found Melissa after my first wedding (back in February) caterer bailed out last minute and had me frantic. She and I got in touch and I gave her the information on what we were originally going to have. Not only did she exceed our expectations, but she was a GOD SEND with wanting to help and support a desperate bride on her big day.
We had Beef Bolognese, Chicken Parmesan, Bread, and she even surprised us with the most amazing Charcuterie board as well!
Never again will I be looking for another caterer in the future for ANY events that I plan on having!
